From a young age, I saw how the quality of our relationships shape the way we see ourselves and the world.
Through my own experience in therapy, I came to understand how impactful a supportive relationship can be. The insight and tools I learned helped me feel more grounded and capable in facing life’s challenges.
Today, I bring that perspective into my work as a therapist- and as a wife, stepmom, and dog mom in a blended family.
My therapy style is holistic, empowering, and down-to-earth. I value curiosity, intuition, and humor. My approach allows us to have honest and collaborative conversations that promote meaningful growth. I believe healing happens in safe and attuned relationships.

I am a California licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Davis and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a Concentration in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco. I've had the privilege of working with adults & teens in the mental health space since 2012.
